PCI on redressal of multifarious grievances of students against the complaints regarding the non-refund of fees and retention of original certificates, council felt the need to notify elaborate instructions and issue appropriate instructions in the form of this notification to all study center and students.
Council herewith lay down specific provision and consequent mandatory compliance on the related issues.
- Refund of fees by the institution concerned in the event of the withdrawal from the programme by a students
- Verification and non- retention of academic and personal certificates of students
- Purchasing prospectus shall be the personal choice of the applicant and he/she have right to decide against it in case he/she wishes to access the information from the institutional website.
- If any students have engaged in any academic activities, collecting advance fees for the entire programme of study is strictly prohibited.
- If student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following four � tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

Fees shell be refunded by all Institution to an eligible student within days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard.
In case, original certificate has issued, original certificate shall not be retained by the Institution under any circumstance. And fee shall not refund at any cost to the students. This is reserve right of the Institution

In order to become a member of PCI, a national physical therapy association must meet certain criteria. These criteria are:
- For the membership of the organisation Individual should be qualified physical therapists
- Physical therapists must be passed from the Organisation's recognised Institution, College & University.
- All interested Physical therapists may register as member in PCI through online. The membership fee may deposit through online. After confirmation of payment,
- Any organisation who representing the large number of the qualified physical therapists in the country shall be eligible for membership
- The organisation shall have a code of ethics consistent with PCI ethics.
- PCI works with international health bodies, including the World Health Organization and the World Health Professions Alliance, ensuring the physical therapy profession is recognised. It consulted on global health initiatives and campaigns, including the promotion of positive working environments and tries to end the trade in counterfeit medical products.
